SSN Group is a 100% black, youth owned construction and architecture company, located in Johannesburg, South Africa. We focus primarily on private sector; specialize in all property infrastructure design and construction, big or small, including labour and materials; offering a one stop service, turnkey building solutions and youth empowerment.
We provide the youth with construction & architectural mentoring, as well as fundamental work experience, to enable them to kick start their working careers. Whether it be their own entrepreneurial ventures (i.e. sub-contracting) or through corporate careers (employment). The goal is to see unemployment eradicated amoungst the youth in South Africa.
To be considered amongst the best black owned, private sector construction companies for turnkey building solutions in South Africa; while renowned for youth development in an economy that offers very few jobs, as well as a high unemployment rate. SSN Group was formed as a sub division of Cathama Business Enterprises (referred to as CBE) that specializes in all varied property infrastructure design and construction, big or small, offering a one stop service; including labour and materials. SSN Group is registered with the NATIONAL HOME BUILDERS REGISTRATION, reg. 1-205165640; therefore our work reflects full compliance and quality; according to the Housing Consumers Protection Measures Act, 1998.
We are passionate and envisioned in reforming and servicing South African property infrastructure to a high standard for all; as well as helping increase youth development & employment.
SSN Group is vision driven and aspires for architecture and construction; renovations or funishments to be a benchmark standard in South Africa. We offer turnkey renovations to private and public sectors to ensure all clients receive the benchmark.

Sanele (CFO) combining expert financial acumen and business foresight; Sanele has vast experience within the business industry as well as the financial sector. He has been on several company boards serving the roles of financial advisor as well as financial director. His key roles in SSN Group of companies are client relationship management, chief financial officer, financial and investment advisor as well contract management.
Siyabonga is Managing/Operations Director and manages projects from inception to delivery. Seasoned in the construction industry and project management having worked for WBHO, his own company and now running the SSN Group of companies along with business partner, Sanele Ndlovu. His main role is the execution of projects from management and liasion (suppliers, on site operations, personnel & equipment mangement).
Nhlanhla is our Project Manager with knowledge and expertise that are a pillar to the SSN Group. Applying exceptional project management experience, high organisation skills; Nhlanhla designates projects, workers and team alike within project constraints; while monitoring, arranging and coordinating effecient, speedy execution of the various services and processes relating to projects and the SSN Group client service.
SSN Group outsources labour workers and construction material such as building material, paint and roof sheeting etc.to other clients or businesses.

Projects that require a high level of experience; we commission a senior member of our organisation and appoint a youth to shadow and be mentored by them; to help the youth gain hands on, flield related experience and knowledge the SSN Group way.
